Sarah, this is a brilliant article.  I 100% agree with it.  I actually recently started juicing about four to five times a day.  I am on day 10 of this new health diet, I love it.  The first few days were hard, but after your body fully detoxes, you sure do feel like a new person.  Thanks for writing this.
